The Halton District #21 Prediction Skating event will be held as a one day final at an indoor arena as shown below.

The competitions will be three kilometer men's & women's singles Prediction Skates in 27 laps of 111.11 metre ovals. The course will be laid out with pylons on a hockey ice surface. The winners can skate at any desired pace. The winners will be selected on the basis of the minimum difference from their respective predicted times for the 3 km skate.

The two winners will be eligible to represent Halton at the OSGA 2009 Winterfest at Brockville, Ontario in February, 2009.
