  5 KM  Prediction, ages 55+ male and female
 10 KM  Timed Trial ages 55+ male and female

  (Laurier Ave, east of Thompson Rd)

Approximate schedule

9 AM: 3 km Prediction Walk (1.6 km for 75+)

10 AM: 3 km Prediction Nordic Walk (1.6 Km for 75+) poles will be provided

11 AM: 5km Prediction Bike Ride and 10 KM Timed Race (bring your own bike)

Horseshoes will be played during the races.
